Our renovation of the estate in Alella is on it ́s way! We are in the process of designing all the interiors. With the building being on the register of listed buildings, marked as a building of national cultural importance, we are changing all the interiors an leaving the façade untouched. The house (or should we say three houses) are part of a spectacular estate, with lush gardens where specious of great botanic interest will also need to be protected during construction. The style of the house is “popular gothic”, and dates from the 14th century. The front façade and the tower are of great historical value. The house has two floors and its layout is unusual for the area and for its time. Especially striking are the main façade’s voussoired entrance door, the window on the first floor and a wrought iron balcony, from the 18th century, with ceramic tiled flooring, supported by struts.
