ZEST has a new project! We are excited for the renovation of two seaside apartments in the quaint Spanish coastal town of L’Escala in the province of Girona. Have a look at our renders of the design development of the bedroom, living and kitchen spaces! Being small in size, the maximization of space is important. Built-in seats and beds provide cozy personalized spaces. We have removed the interior kitchen walls to create large open plan kitchens, living and dining spaces that stretch the entire length of the apartments and open up to spectacular views of the sea. The apartments will be used privately but also rented as holiday apartments and so practicality is key. A palate of wood, grey, expressive tile and splashes of selective color bring character to these small spaces. Watch this space as the designs develop!
