ZEST has a new project! We will shortly embark on transforming the historic ruins of a farm into a 4-bedroom family home. The farm is situated in the municipality of Querol, Taragona, in a mountainous and wooded area with breathtaking views amidst the green hills. It is at a height of 565 meters above sea level, bordered by the Gayá River. In combination with housing, there will also be an additional floor added for the incorporation of a beekeeping business which will require product storage and processing spaces. The aim is to design a house as self-sufficient as possible, with renewable energy and an exterior finish of stone with large openings bringing light to the interior.
