Our newbuild in Alella is on it ́s way! The project consists of a new house in the beautiful town of Alella in the Maresme area, 18km from the city of Barcelona. The existing house will be demolished and the new house built in it ́s place satisfying the client’s requirements and taking full advantage of the wonderful views towards the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Barcelona.
