CIC magazine features ZEST Architecture in a selection of Sustainable Architecture Studios in Spain
ZEST Architecture features as one of the top studios in the sustainability yearbook “Sustainable Architecture Studios for 2024-25”. The extensive article is published in the renown construction magazine Construction Information Centre (CIC) and showcases 100 top sustainable studios. In the article, each of the studios were asked the same question: “What are the challenges that face sustainable architecture?”.
Co Govers, the director of ZEST Architecture, reflects: “The main challenge we face currently is in convincing clients that a quality sustainable house is a good investment. It is difficult to establish the value of new sustainable homes because the entire existing housing stock is poorly built and therefore relatively cheap.” Below is a copy of the two-page feature on ZEST Architecture (pages 214-215) but if you want to read the full article, click here.
